Cancellation Policy

Registration and payment of tuition is required to ensure a place in class. Registration in current classes does not guarantee a space in upcoming sessions. Full tuition is due at the time of registration. If this presents a hardship, contact rachel@rachelwilseyfineart.com to discuss paying in 2 installments. Classes without sufficient enrollment will be canceled and tuition refunded. As we feel the small group creative cohort is important to our class process we do not offer drop-in or trial classes. We offer a generous refund policy in lieu of trials. We have found that it often takes two or more classes to settle in and see if class is right for you. If you feel like it’s not working out we will provide a refund if we are notified at the end of the 2nd class (for a 6-week session) or the end of the 3rd class (for a 10-week session), and we will refund the remaining class sessions. (The refund is minus supplies given, classes taken and a $15 processing fee).
